简介
李莎莎,生物信息学博士,中山大学“百人计划”引进人才,2018年于清华大学获得博士学位,随后在美国密歇根大学邹伟平教授实验室从事3年博士后研究工作,长期以高通量测序、高通量筛选、单细胞测序、大数据挖掘和动物细胞模型构建等为手段,从事细胞代谢特征与疾病的发生发展及其在药物筛选新靶点发现、高通量药物发现中的应用等相关的研究。相关工作在Science Advances, Cell Reports, Protein & Cell, Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases, Nature Medicine 等杂志发表学术论文22余篇、开发数个原创数据分析网站,申请发明专利多项,H-index为17,谷歌学术论文被引超过1100次,单篇发表两年内被引280次,获ESI Top 1% 高被引论文(详见:https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Shasha-Li-10)。主持中山大学“百人计划”引进人才启动经费项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省企业联合基金等项目。
